How the current website handles information.

This website uses analytics to understand what's useful — but only if you choose analytics below. Advertising measurement has its own separate choice and stays off unless you select it.

Aside from the Automation Self-Assessment, the application code collects no workflow or contact input on-site.

Automation Self-Assessment V1.2 runs entirely in your browser, including its recommendation and optional ROI scenario. Your answers, result, contact labels, and figures are not persisted or submitted by the site, even if a dormant legacy capture environment is configured. Print or save as PDF and Copy summary remain local actions. Analytics and advertising measurement never receive the Self-Assessment answers, result, pattern, risk, ROI, tool context, or optional name and company as event parameters.

Hosting infrastructure may process standard request and security data needed to deliver and protect the site. This notice does not claim that hosting produces no operational or security logs.

The Resources pages provide first-party static files without an account, email address, or form. Opening or downloading a resource does not submit workflow content to AgenticMotion. The same standard hosting request and security data may be processed to deliver those files.

The Automation Self-Assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your answers, result, optional name and company, and the figures you enter stay in browser memory; the V1.2 interface does not save them, send them to Tacit, request a result email, or use Cloudflare Turnstile. Print and Copy summary are available without a form or registration.

The dormant V1 capture foundation is not connected to the V1.2 interface and would require a separate future decision, implementation, and notice before use.

If you choose "Send us one workflow to assess", the site opens a draft in your own email application; it does not send, receive, store, or confirm that email. If — and only if — you press send yourself, that email carries the selected answer labels; result kind and category direction; any candidate pattern ID and name; the first safe step, proposed AI preparation, and human approval; prerequisites, material assumptions, and risk notes; and, when available, the ROI range, provenance, disclaimer, and relevant inputs or labelled starting points. Those inputs can include effort, cadence conversion, team size, hourly cost, currency, and one-time implementation cost. It also carries an optional name or company name if you added one and — because you send it from your own account — your email address.

It goes to Mladen Rankovic at the verified Qualiteh address agenticmotion@qualiteh.com in the existing Microsoft 365 environment, and is used only to prepare and follow up on the free Automation Review you asked about. Qualiteh (agenticmotion@qualiteh.com) is the controller. Our basis for handling an enquiry you send us is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries people send us and preparing the review you asked about. We keep the email only for as long as we need it to respond to your enquiry, follow up on it, and — if you take up the offer — deliver the Automation Review; we do not keep it beyond that.

To ask about, correct, delete, object to, or restrict this use of information you have sent us — subject to applicable law — email the same address (see "Contact about information" below). You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.

We're building this website into a fuller service, and this notice will grow with it — plainly, step by step. A future on-site result capture, Tacit intake, result-email delivery, Meta Lead Ads, campaign reporting, or marketing sequence is not active. Each would require a new decision and this notice would be updated before it goes live.

The email link opens your email application. You choose what to include and nothing is sent or stored by the website. If you send the message, it travels through your email provider to the verified Qualiteh contact address agenticmotion@qualiteh.com in the existing Microsoft 365 environment.

An on-site result-save request, report request, and Post-Booking Prep Concierge are not active. They do not receive, store, or reuse Self-Assessment, booking, or email context on the current site.

Activating any future flow requires a new just-in-time notice, defined purpose, minimal fields, provider and retention decisions, an approved permission basis, a test plan, and explicit approval before implementation.
