Behind every workflow, a person stays responsible for what ships.
I'm Mladen Ranković, and I lead AgenticMotion's workflow delivery at Qualiteh. Before a pilot is treated as ready, I review the workflow boundary, the human approval point, and the handover myself.
AI can prepare the work. A person approves what touches customers, data, or money, and every action can be logged. If we work together, you will always know what the AI prepared, what a person approved, and what changed as a result.

Where the affinity comes from
My first AI project wasn't a chatbot. At the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade, we programmed LEGO Technics robots — translational motion, computer simulation, early AI coursework. At Eaton I later built RPA and AI projects alongside quality engineering. The affinity is old. The discipline came from the factory floor.
Thirteen years in factory quality and operations taught me what happens when a system acts without a person checking it. I led teams across engineering, logistics, production, and quality, equipped quality laboratories from zero, and trained operators and engineers in inspection, ESD, FMEA, problem solving, and lean. Audits don't prevent problems; controls do. Those years ran through Eaton, Coficab, and Brose plants supplying automotive OEMs.
AgenticMotion applies that discipline to AI workflows: AI prepares your orders, invoices, and follow-ups. A person keeps the final say wherever customers, money, or data are involved.

Why AgenticMotion
How Qualiteh brings AI into everyday business work.
Qualiteh brings quality, audit, and engineering discipline to B2B software. AgenticMotion applies that discipline to AI workflows: the AI prepares the work, a person approves what touches customers, data, or money, and you keep the workflow, its logs, and its documentation.
We start from one real workflow, inside the tools you already use, and keep the boundary, the approval point, and the fallback visible. We do not treat model choice as a black box, and a person keeps the decision where customers, data, or money are involved.

How we work
Every workflow moves from signal to logged action, the same way.
The tools change with the job. The path does not: a person always keeps the decision before anything leaves the boundary.
01Signal
A business signal arrives — a lead, a document, a message, a record — with its source kept attached.
02Draft
AI prepares the next step: a draft, a summary, or a proposed action. It stays a draft on your side.
03Approve
A person reviews and approves, holds, or returns it before anything leaves the boundary.
04Act
Only the approved step runs, with scoped credentials and least-privilege access to your tools.
05Log
The decision and its result land in a log you can inspect, and the workflow stays yours.
What's included
What every engagement includes.
- Human approvalHuman approval by default before anything touches customers, data, or money.
- Scoped accessScoped credentials and least-privilege access for every connected tool.
- Action logEvery action can be logged, so each decision and its result stays traceable.
- Manual fallbackA defined fallback so the work continues if automation is paused or stops.
- OwnershipYou own the workflow, its documentation, and the handover.
